When we started taking daily photographs, we began with just the sunrise to capture the start of your special day. However, we quickly realized that for some events, a sunset seems more appropriate. So, we decided to take sunrise and sunset photographs each day. Not long after, a kind woman asked if I had the sunrise from the day of her husband’s death. I responded that of course we did but also politely asked if she would prefer a sunset. Bewildered by my question, the elderly lady responded in the most matter of fact way possible, “Oh no, that is the greatest sunrise of all.”
